Positive: Location Negative: Bedding for 6, dining seating for 4, coffee cups for 4, frying pans so badly damaged they were unusable, neighbour parked in front of entry causing difficulty accessing our car for packing

The property although tired had everything we needed, but the proximity to the beach was amazing. Positive: The proximity to the beach was amazing. Negative: The driveway was a nightmare in a large car.

Great for the price Positive: Location. Walk out the back door straight to the track to the beach. Outdoor shower. Dishwasher. Negative: Needed a clean. Dinning room chairs the worst with grime on them making them sticky. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser mouldy at base. I recommend bringing your own.
