Beach Front Family Stay Hastings

Conditions of stay are different to that noted on bookings.com. Positive: The location Negative: Jo clear parking, 9am checkout, and needs a good clean.

Positive: I liked the access to the beach. Negative: Lots of dust under the beds

Dirty, aircon not working, good location Positive: Location was great Negative: Apartment was dirty, surfaces were sticky and the air-conditioning was covered in a layer of dust. There was visible dirt under all of the beds and the couch. When I messaged the contact with my concerns, i was advised that the way the tiles were made the Apartment seem dirty when it was not and I was asked for photographic evidence. I provided photos and received no response. The aircon was not working and I was told the owner would contact the electrician and received no further correspondence. I note that the previous review had noted the air-conditioner was not working and it doesn't seem anything was done about.
